Eugenio Coter
Eugenio Coter (born July 11, 1957 in Gazzaniga ) is Vicar Apostolic of Pando and President of Caritas Bolivia.
Life
Eugenio Coter was ordained a priest on June 20, 1981 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on February 2, 2013 Vicar Apostolic of Pando and Titular Bishop of Thibiuca . The emeritus Vicar Apostolic of Pando, Luis Morgan Casey , gave him on April 24 of the same year in the Cathedral of Riberalta the episcopal ordination ; Co- consecrators were Julio Cardinal Terrazas Sandoval CSsR , Archbishop of Santa Cruz de la Sierra , and Tito Solari Capellari , Archbishop of Cochabamba .
He has been President of Caritas Bolivia since November 2015.
