Luka ( Ukrainian and Russian Лука , Polish Łuka ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Poltava Oblast with about 1500 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1703, is located on the left bank of the Sula , a left tributary of the Dnieper , 21 km north of the district center Lochwyzja and 170 km northwest of the Oblast center Poltava .

Luka is the administrative center of the 46.444 km² district council of the same name in the north of Lochwyzja Rajon , to which the village of Juskiwzi ( Юсківці , ) with about 470 inhabitants, 3 km east on the regional road P-60 , belongs.
