Lumbardh Salihu (born November 18, 1992 in Gjilan , FR Yugoslavia , today Kosovo ) is an Austrian football player of Kosovar descent.
Career
Salihu started his career at FAC . In 2008 he moved to SC Technopool Brigittenau. After further positions with SC Team Wiener Linien and LA Riverside , he joined the city division SV Wienerberg in January 2011 . For Wienerberg he played eleven games in the Vienna City League , in which he scored four goals.
In the summer of 2011 he moved to England for fourth division Northampton Town , where he received a two-year contract. He made his debut for Northampton in August 2011 when he came on in the second round of the League Cup against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the 77th minute for Adebayo Akinfenwa . The following month, he finally made his League Two debut against Macclesfield Town . However, those two games remained his only one for the British and in January 2012 his contract with Northampton was dissolved.
For the 2012/13 season Salihu returned to Austria, where he joined the regional division SK Austria Klagenfurt . From the 2013/14 season he was also used for the cooperation club Annabichler SV in the Carinthian League . In summer 2014 he left the Carinthians.
In January 2015 he switched to the city division Post SV Wien . For the 2015/16 season he moved to the regional division SV Oberwart . After six months with Burgenland, he joined the league competitor 1. SC Sollenau in January 2016 . After the Sollenauer withdrew from the regional league, he moved to SV Schwechat in summer 2016 .
In January 2017 Salihu moved to Kosovo for first division club KF Llapi . Salihu has been playing for the Lower Austrian regional league club SV Haitzendorf since July 2017 .
