Luka Sliskovic (born April 4, 1995 in Zofingen ) is a Swiss - Austrian football player .

Career

society

Sliskovic started his career at FC Sursee . In 2008 he moved to SC Kriens . In January 2011 he moved to FC Luzern for six months before returning to Kriens. In summer 2012 he returned to Lucerne. In Lucerne, he started in March 2013 in the U-21 team in the fourth division . After 44 games for Lucerne's second team, he was awarded to second division club FC Biel-Bienne in February 2016 . He made his debut in the Challenge League in the month when he came on as a substitute for Orr Barouch in the 68th minute against FC Winterthur on matchday 20 of the 2015/16 season .

For the 2016/17 season, Sliskovic was loaned to FC Winterthur. After the end of the loan at the end of the season, he was permanently signed by Winterthur. In four seasons he made 125 second division appearances for Winterthur, in which he scored 36 goals. For the 2020/21 season, Sliskovic moved to Germany to the third division club 1. FC Magdeburg , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2023.

National team

Sliskovic was appointed to Austria's provisional squad for the U-19 European Championship 2014 in June 2014 . However, Sliskovic did not make the leap into the final squad. In September 2014, Sliskovic played two games for the Swiss U-20 national team against Germany and Poland .
