Sebastian Jakubiak (born June 21, 1993 in Lübeck ) is a German soccer player who is under contract with Heracles Almelo .

Career

Jakubiak, who was born in Lübeck, started playing football at Borussia Lübeck . He then spent his youth at VfB Lübeck , interrupted by a detour to Hamburger SV . In 2011 he made the leap into the men's division, first with the second and then also with the first men's team of VfB Lübeck, which was then playing in the Regionalliga Nord . After two years, he moved to league rivals in 2013, the second team of FC St. Pauli .

After another two years, he moved to the Regionalliga West for SV Rödinghausen . In 2017 he then moved to Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie . Although he was not used in the 2018/19 season due to injury, his contract was extended to 2020 by option.
