The Lumi is a river in northern Tanzania and southern Kenya in Taita-Taveta County . It is the longest tributary of the Pangani system and has its source on the eastern slope of Mawenzi (Kilimanjaro). It flows around Lake Chala and the city of Taveta in the west and flows into Lake Jipe .
