Lumino is a municipality in the Arbedo-Castione district , in the Bellinzona district in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland .
geography
Lumino is at the entrance of the Misox (it. Val Mesolcina ). Up the valley you come to the San Bernardino Pass . The municipality is almost completely enclosed by the canton of Graubünden. The Moësa flows through it. From Lumino a cable car leads to the Monti Savorù (1000-1300 m). In Lumino there is a stop of the SEFT / Ferrovia Mesolcinese.
