The Lutyňka is a left tributary of the Olsa in the Czech Republic .

course

The Lutyňka rises north of Orlová in the Horní Lutyně district in the Ostrava basin. The villages Výšina, Dolní Lutyně and Zámek are located on its northward path. At the Dolní Lutyně Castle, the brook takes north-west direction from the confluence of the Olmovec and flows past Zbytky and through Nerad. At the northern exit of Nerad, the Lutyňka is bridged by the Žilina – Bohumín railway at the Dolní Lutyně station . After that, the stream turns west and flows on the northern edge of the Borek forest. The villages Věřňovice, Martinov, Nová Ves lie along its lower reaches. On the right side of the Lutyňka there is a simple bunker line of the Czechoslovak Wall on this section . At Chaloupky the stream changes its course to the north. It flows under the D 1 motorway and past Šunychl. After 10.8 kilometers, the Lutyňka flows into the Olsa between Červín, Uchylsko and Kopytov on the Polish border below the Olše-Věřňovice nature reserve.
