Lutz Brauer

Lutz Brauer (born September 4, 1949 in Burgstädt , Rochlitz district ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Brauer attended the polytechnic high school, and made the Abitur with professional training. He studied at the University of Rostock and then worked as a graduate engineer for melioration . He was also a member of the Rügen district council for building and housing policy and an alderman for construction and economics in the Rügen district .

In 1991, Brauer became a member of the CDU Rügen's SME Association. From 1990 to 1994 he was a member of the Rügen district assembly and then sat from 1994 to 2002 in the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania , where he was the deputy chairman of the environmental committee.

Brauer is married and has two children.
