The Luzou is a river in France that runs in the Landes department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises under the name Ruisseau de Larquier in the southwestern municipality of Rion-des-Landes , just on the border with the neighboring municipality of Boos and generally drains in a southeastern direction. At Bégaar it suddenly turns to the southwest and shortly afterwards, after a total of 28 kilometers, flows into the Adour as a right tributary at the municipal boundary of Bégaar and Pontonx-sur-l'Adour .
