Boos ( Occitan : Bòsc ) is a village and a former French municipality with 466 (as of January 1, 2017) in the Landes department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Dax and the canton of Pays Morcenais Tarusate (until 2015: canton of Tartas-Ouest ). The inhabitants are called Bosséens .

With effect from 1 January 2017 the former municipalities were boos and Rion-des-Landes of the same name nouvelle commune Rion-des-Landes joined forces and have in the new community of the status of a Déléguée commune . The administrative headquarters are located in Rion-des-Landes.
