Bray-Saint-Aignan is a French commune with 1,746 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement Orléans and is part of the canton of Sully-sur-Loire .
Bray-Saint Aignan was formed on January 1, 2017 from the formerly independent municipalities of Bray-en-Val and Saint-Aignan-des-Gués . The administrative center of the new municipality ( Commune nouvelle ) is located in Bray-en-Val.

Bray-Saint-Aignan is located about 30 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans . To the north of it, the Forêt d'Orléans , a forest area of around 150,000 hectares, extends . Bray-Saint-Aignan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bouzy-la-Forêt in the north, Vieilles-Maisons-sur-Joudry and Lorris in the northeast, Les Bordes in the east, Bonnée in the south, Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire in the west and southwest and Saint-Martin-d'Abbat to the west and north-west.
