Ingrannes is a French municipality with 537 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement Orléans , is part of the canton of Châteauneuf-sur-Loire (until 2015: canton of Neuville-aux-Bois ) and of the community association La Forêt . The inhabitants are called Ingrannais .
geography
Ingrannes is 25 kilometers east-northeast of Orléans on the Cens . The Forêt d'Orléans , a forest area of around 150,000 hectares, extends around the municipality, in whose area the Essonne rises. Ingrannes is surrounded by the neighboring communities Courcy-aux-Loges in the north, Vrigny in the north and northeast, Chambon-la-Forêt in the northeast, Nibelle and Seichebrières in the east, Vitry-aux-Loges in the south, Sully-la-Chapelle in the west as well Chilleurs-aux-Bois in the north-west.
