Lion-en-Sullias is located about 47 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans in the Sologne on the Loire . Lion-en-Sullias is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ouzouer-sur-Loire in the north and north-west, Dampierre-en-Burly in the north and north-east, Saint-Gondon in the east and south-east, Saint-Florent in the south and Saint-Aignan-le- Jaillard to the west and northwest.
