Lailly-en-Val is located on the southern side of the Loire , about 22 kilometers southwest of Orléans . The municipality is located in the Val de Loire UNESCO World Heritage Site . Lailly-en-Val is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Baule in the north, Dry in the northeast, Jouy-le-Potier in the east, Ligny-le-Ribault in the south and southeast, Saint-Laurent-Nouan in the west and southwest and Beaugency in the west and Northwest.
