Ouvrouer-les-Champs is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Châteauneuf-sur-Loire in the north and north-east, Sigloy in the east, Tigy in the south, Vienne-en-Val in the south-west, Férolles in the west and south-west, Jargeau in the west and north-west and Saint- Denis-de-l'Hôtel to the west.
