Fay-aux-Loges is located on the former canal Canal d'Orléans , into which the Cens flows. Fay-aux-Loges is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Traînou in the north and north-west, Sully-la-Chapelle in the north and north-east, Vitry-aux-Loges in the east, Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel in the south and Donnery in the west and Southwest.
