Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard is located about 43 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans in the Sologne on the Loire . Saint-Aignan-le-Jaillard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ouzouer-sur-Loire in the north and northeast, Lion-en-Sullias in the east, Saint-Florent in the south and southeast, Villemurlin in the southwest and Sully-sur-Loire in the west.
