Guilly is a French municipality with 644 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Orléans and is part of the canton of Sully-sur-Loire . The inhabitants are called Guillylois .

Guilly is located about 29 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans in the Sologne on the Loire . Guilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Germigny-des-Prés in the north, Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire in the east, Sully-sur-Loire in the southeast, Viglain in the south, Neuvy-en-Sullias in the west and southwest and Sigloy in the northwest.

Route nationale 751 runs through the municipality .
