Boigny-sur-Bionne is located about nine kilometers east-northeast of Orléans on the Bionne . Boigny-sur-Bionne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marigny-les-Usages in the north, Vennecy in the northeast, Traînou in the east, Mardié in the east and southeast, Chécy in the south and Saint-Jean-de-Braye in the west.
