Mezieres-lez-Clery is a French municipality with 824 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement Orléans and the Canton of Beaugency (until 2015: Canton of Cléry-Saint-André ). The inhabitants are called Macériens .

Mézières-lez-Cléry is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mareau-aux-Prés in the north and north-west, Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Mesmin in the north-east, Ardon in the east and south-east, Jouy-le-Poutier in the south and Cléry-Saint-André in the West.
