Lydia Huber
Lydia Huber , b. Rudig (born December 14, 1943 in Bremen ) is a German singer of popular hits and radio presenter.
Life
Huber was born in Bremen when her parents from South Tyrol were just passing through. As a child she learned to play the zither . After school she worked as a secretary and computer clerk.
Then she played smaller roles at the Bernauer Volkstheater and took singing lessons in Munich . A little later she sang her first record and appeared on Wim Thoelke's show 3 times 9 .
In 1986 she applied with the song Hintertupfing at the Grand Prix of Folk Music in 1986 , but did not reach the final. The same thing happened to her with the song Die allerschönste Mundart , with which she and Hansl Krönauer applied at the Grand Prix of Folk Music in 1987 . In 1988 she appeared together with Andreas Hauff and the title Wir shall greet you from Munich . In 1989 she applied with If every heart had a window and reached 12th place in the preliminary decision. She took 14th place with Yes, Yes, the time at the Grand Prix of Folk Music in 1992 .
Today Huber lives in Chiemgau and can occasionally still be seen at popular television events.
