Lydia Neumann (born November 11, 1986 in Riesa ) is a German soccer player . The striker last played for Bundesliga club SC 07 Bad Neuenahr .

Career

Club soccer

Neumann began her football career at SV Kripp. She celebrated her first successes with the girls 'team of the MSG (girls' play community) Rolandsbogen. In 2003 she moved to SC 07 Bad Neuenahr in the Bundesliga. In the 2006/07 season she was the most successful goalscorer of her team with 13 goals this season. During the 2011/12 season, her contract with the townspeople was terminated.

National team

Neumann ran four times for the U-17 national team between 2002 and 2003 . After a three year break, she returned only in 2006 back to U-20 World Cup in the national team. In the same year she won the Nordic Cup with the U-21 national team . With the squad of the U-23 national team , she finished second at the Nordic Cup 2007.
