Lynne Kieran
Lynne Kieran (born May 16, 1960 in London ; † December 8, 2013 in Vienna ) was a British singer, songwriter and arranger living in Austria. She gained fame as a member of the vocal trio The Rounder Girls .
Life
Kieran completed a classical vocal training. Among other things, she appeared in the Komische Oper Berlin , the Wiener Konzerthaus and at the Burgtheater . She also worked as a singer in musicals such as " Porgy and Bess ", " Little Shop Of Horrors " and " Hair ".
Kieran was a founding member of the soul formation The Rounder Girls in 1993 . At the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 in Stockholm she represented Austria with this vocal group and took 14th place with the title “All to You”.
She was buried in the arcade courtyard of the Simmering fire hall .
