Mário Jorge Quintas Felgueiras (born December 12, 1986 in Viana do Castelo ) is a Portuguese football player on the position of goalkeeper .

Career

Felgueiras moved from his hometown to the youth of Sporting Lisbon in 2001 at the age of 14 . After the end of his youth, he did not make the leap to the first team and was loaned to SC Espinho in the third Portuguese division, the Segunda Divisão , for two seasons in 2005 . While he was a substitute player in the first year, he became a regular in the 2006/07 season. With his team he missed promotion twice. In 2007 he was transferred to Portimonense SC in the Segunda Liga . A year later he signed first division Sporting Braga . There he could not prevail and came in the 2008/09 season only on one use. Felgueiras was taken on by league rivals Vitória Setúbal in the summer of 2009 , and Rio Ave FC brought him on loan a year later . At either club, he did not succeed in permanently fighting for a place in goal. In the summer of 2011, Braga agreed a new loan deal: Felgueiras went to FC Brașov in the Romanian league 1 . Here he became number one in goal and was used in all season games. Then league competitor CFR Cluj took him firmly under contract.

In spring 2015 he moved to Torku Konyaspor in the Turkish Süper Lig . For the second half of the 2015/16 season, he left this club and instead hired FC Paços de Ferreira .
