Márton Flander (born March 5, 1985 in Baja ) is a Hungarian duathlete , triathlete and four-time national champion.

Career

Márton Flander has been running triathlons since 2002.

In 2011 he started the long distance at the Ironman Regensburg for the first time and finished 17th.

In 2013 he became the Hungarian vice state champion in the triathlon middle distance. From 2014 to 2017 he was Hungarian champion of the long distance triathlon four times in a row. His winning time of 2017 with 8:10:11 h is a Hungarian record.

In 2018 he became Vice State Champion Triathlon Long Distance. In August 2019, the 34-year-old finished third in the national long-distance championship in Nagyatád .
