Briche started her career in 2008 alongside her playing career as the head coach of the U-18 girls' team at Toulouse Saint Jo. About six months later, Saint-Alban Omnisport appointed Briche as coach of his men's team, which played in the fifth division . Briche held this job until October 2012, before becoming head coach of the men's team Rodéo FC from Toulouse . She led the fifth division in the 2016/17 season in the thirty-second finals of the Coupe de France ; there her team failed only on penalties at the higher-class FC Bergerac .
