The house Mühlenstraße 1 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg, elevated above the north side of Mühlenstrasse . The Wassertorstrasse runs at the back of the house . The building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. To the east, the house , which is also listed, is adjacent to Mühlenstrasse 2 .
Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was built around the year 1700. The half-timbered facade has parapet wood and pyramid beam heads as decorations. There is a double flight of stairs on the street side .
