Mühlenstrasse 18 (Quedlinburg)
The house Mühlenstraße 18 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg on the south side of Mühlenstraße . The house is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register. Mühlenstrasse 17 , which is also a listed building, is adjacent to the east and Mühlenstrasse 19 to the west.
Architecture and history
The two-storey house was built around 1860 in the neo-Gothic style , using late-Gothic forms. In contrast to the surrounding, half-timbered buildings, the house was built in massive construction. The plastered facade is lavishly decorated and structured by pilasters . The window and front door are spanned by keel arches, some of which are decorated with acanthus leaves.
