The mill pond east of Siezbüttel is a body of water that was previously used as a mill pond . The Mühlenau flows through it and flows into the Bekau . The Luisenbad von Schenefeld is located on the east bank of the pond . In addition to the Lohmühlenteich in Hohenlockstedt and the Großer Tonkuhle in Itzehoe , the bathing area is one of three bathing areas located on still waters in the Steinburg district , whose bathing water is continuously examined for water quality due to EU requirements (see web link).
