MAdoppelT (born March 2, 1983 in Vienna ; real name Matthias Leitner ) is an Austrian rapper .
biography
Matthias Leitner originally planned a career as a DJ, but eventually became an MC. Initially, he did not put out any commercial releases and stayed underground for a long time . 2002 published MAdoppelT his debut single, hip-hop is alive on the label Heavy Records . The criticism of this publication has been largely positive. In 2003 the maxi-single Sieh mich an was released. His debut album Zero Clock was released almost six months later. His next single, Rock den Shit , received a lot of attention on FM4 and was also played on the pop broadcaster Ö3 . The music video for it ran repeatedly on the TV channels gotv and VIVA . At the end of 2004, MAdoppelT took over some parts of the Austria for Asia campaign .
In May 2006 the second album, Plan Leben , was released, also via Schwer Records .
In the summer of 2008 MAdoppelT's EP came out step by step . He also published the Mixtape Marathon in December 2008, which was recorded in October of the same year.
In May 2010 MAdoppelT's third album Hybrid was released via Stoff Records . The musical production was taken over by Brenk , Santo, Sensay and Merlin. Guest contributions on Hybrid come from the singer Juci Janoska , Thai Stylee , as well as on three songs by Lukas Hillebrand . For the songs Make a wish , show me where you are and air , music videos were released.
In 2014 the “Moment” mixtape came out, followed by the “Alpha Omega” album, which came out in fall 2014.
