Plan Leben is the second album by the Austrian rapper MAdoppelT . It was released on May 26, 2006 on the Schwer Records label .

background

After his first album, MAdoppelT stayed true to its production line-up for the most part. Distribution continued to take place at the Viennese publisher Hoanzl . MAdoppelT also received support from the Austrian Music Fund. This time the production was under the management of Brenk ( Stiege 44 ). Bedford Beatz, DBH from Total Chaos , Saiko ( Stiege 44 ), Buzz from the Waxolutionists and Kaltschale! and Shuko engaged. There were also collaborations with Manuva from Total Chaos , MA21 , Hubert Tubbs and JoeJoe . MAdoppelT goes, as he himself claims, into somewhat more soulful areas on the album . One example is the song Wollen und es do it , which samples a song by soul singer Marvin Gaye . A stronger reference to MAdoppelT's life can also be seen in the texts. In addition to very emotional sides like your life force , the album also offers dance numbers like Burn , which MAdoppelT recorded with JoeJoe.

The second album this time met with greater media coverage, both from Austria and Germany. However, once again, it was not a great commercial success.

The Laut.de e-zine describes Plan Leben as being honest and compensating for its existence between love and hate, fun and disappointment .

Sebastian Fasthuber, who already rated the first album well, dealt with the album - this time for the magazine now-on. Plan Leben was even more successful than the debut . Fasthuber thinks that MAdoppel has found a companion in the form of the producer Brenk. The record should also be understood as an honest invitation to other hip-hoppers not only to speak strongly, but to do something themselves .

The internet magazine hiphop.at also found consistently positive words about the album. It is a very successful album with a perfect sound, hammer beats and MAdoppelT raps on a high level .
