Brenk Sinatra first found recognition through productions for rappers such as Kamp , MAdoppelT , Skero , Nico Suave and Ghemon . Collaborations with American rappers King Tee , Marvwon and Guilty Simpson followed later. In 2008 Brenk Sinatra released his first instrumental album "Gumbo" on the Viennese label "Supercity". In the summer of 2010 the instrumental album "Chop Shop", produced with Fid Mella, was released as part of the Hi-Hat Club series of the Cologne record label Melting Pot Music. The instrumental album "Gumbo II", which was also released on Melting Pot Music in 2011, is considered by the artist himself to be his musical figurehead and received attention in the hip-hop scene.
In 2012, he teamed up with Dexter and Suff Daddy to form the producer trio Betty Ford Boys , which released an album in 2013.
On November 3, 2012, the album of the group of the same name "Supa Soul Sh * t" (short: S3), which consists of Brenk Sinatra and the American soul singer Bonny Miles Bonny, was released. The 2013 album “Which Way Iz West” by Westcoast rapper MC Eiht will be released on DJ Premier's Year Round Records label , while the pre-released EP “Keep it Hood” is intended to serve as a foretaste of the album and was entirely by Brenk Sinatra produced.

In addition to gangsta rap from the West Coast and hip-hop from Detroit , the main influences of Brenk Sinatra's productions can be found in soul music of the 1960s and 1970s, but also in German krautrock of the late 1960s.
