The DSB MK (II) series were 25 diesel-powered shunting locomotives, which were built as type MaK G 322 by Maschinenbau Kiel (MaK) for the Danish State Railways (DSB). They were given road numbers 601 to 625.
history
RDK MK
In 2001 the MK 604 to 624 locomotives were handed over to Railion Danmark A / S. MK 625 remained with DSB and is deployed in København H (Belvedere).
MK 601 was sold to the Mittelweserbahn in 2002 (EVN 98 80 3352 002-0), 602 and 603 went to Vossloh Schienenfahrzeug GmbH , Kiel , in the same year . The remaining locomotives were equipped with radio remote control via a portable control unit.
Northrail 322
In 2008, MK 604-608 were acquired from Northrail . There they received the series designation 322 . The renumbering MK 604 to 322 123 and MK 606 to 322 125 are known.
322 123 and 125 were awarded to Railservice (RSEJ) in 2012/2013 . During this time they received the EVN 92 86 0322 123-9 DK-RSEJ and 92 86 0322 125-2 DK-RSEJ.
RSC MK
In 2009, with the transfer of Railion Danmark A / S to DB Schenker Rail Danmark Services, another change of ownership took place. MK 609 and MK 611 to 624 have been used from there since then.
In 2013 MK 611, 612, 617 and 618 were handed over to northrail.
DBCSC MK
DB Cargo Danmark Services has been the owner of the locomotives since 2016 . Their NVR numbers are: 98 86 0100 6xx-y DK-DBCSC.
MK 616 is permanently assigned to the Carlsberg Brewery in Fredericia .
technical features
The MaK G 322 is a diesel-hydraulic locomotive for light and medium-duty shunting service and light handover service that was built by Maschinenbau Kiel (MaK) from 1996 to 1998. The G 322 is part of MaK's third model range. After the takeover of MaK by Vossloh, it was built almost unchanged as the G 400 B in the 4th model range. The wheel arrangement is B. It has an output of 390 kW and a maximum speed of 60 km / h. Their service weight is 40 t.
The locomotive is specially equipped for shunting operations with radio remote control , automatic shunting couplings, a turbo reversing gear with hydrodynamic braking and a constant speed control.
DB class 352
The series number 98 80 3352 was assigned to this type in the German vehicle settings register.
A locomotive was rented from Deutsche Bahn AG and had the road number 352 001-2.
