The Macrobius Cove (English; Bulgarian залив Макробий saliw Makrobij ) is a 2.8 km wide and 3.4 km long bay in the west of the Barison Peninsula on the Graham coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . As a side bay of Leroux Bay , it is located northeast of Eijkman Point . The Chernomen Glacier flows into the head end.

British scientists mapped it in 1971. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2013 after the Roman writer and philosopher Macrobius Ambrosius Theodosius (≈385 / 390-430), on whose schematic world map the southern continent predicted by Aristotle is shown.
