The Major League Baseball All-Century Team is a fan- voted All-Star Team of Major League Baseball in 1999 , in which the best players of the 20th century were chosen.

From a selection of 200 players, which were previously pre-selected by experts, a player could be favored for each position. The best two players in each position joined the team. Exceptions were the outfielders (the best nine) and pitchers (the best six).
