Makadam is the third studio album by the rapper Olexesh . It was released on October 21, 2016 by 385idéal and is distributed through Groove Attack . Among others, Gzuz , Haftbefehl and Xatar are featured on the album with guest contributions.

The album was announced on YouTube on July 1, 2016 . The album title is based on the term macadam , which stands for a special construction of the street. Thus he refers to the street life in Darmstadt-Kranichstein. Among other things, drug consumption and prostitution are discussed. The singles Weyauu and 64 Kammern were released in advance on July 31 and October 11, 2016, respectively.

At Laut.de the album received three out of five possible stars. The reviewer Florian Peking writes:
“Despite the high release density and the signs of fatigue, Makadam has turned out to be an entertaining record overall. Olexesh plays out his strengths, namely his energy, rap technique and the right knack for atmospheric beats, often enough to create street rap bangers that sound modern and unique. Of course , this macadam is not particularly complex . "
The hip-hop magazine Juice sees the album from a positive point of view, and particularly emphasizes the intention of the album title:
“The macadam world is loveless and hectic, in which something like being a real man is supposed to keep you from breaking. It's no fun, but at least it ensures your survival in an environment where the devil commands - be it in the form of drugs, money or traitors. Steffen Bauer from the online magazine MZEE criticized the album primarily for its linguistic and content-related deficiencies:
"All in all," Makadam "isn't a bad album. On driving beats from top producers like DJ Desue, Brenk Sinatra or M3, who support the energetic rapper well, Olexesh knows how to play out most of his strengths. Tech-savvy, he raps about life on the street. Nevertheless, the existing shortcomings such as the […] linguistic weaknesses or the unspeakable slut shaming on "Hundeblick" are so significant that one cannot speak of a really good album. "
