The Mallinckrodt-Gymnasium Dortmund is a private high school in Dortmund sponsored by the Archdiocese of Paderborn . It is named after its founder Pauline von Mallinckrodt .
history
Founded in 1851, the school was run by the Sisters of Christian Love until 1978 and then taken over by the Archdiocese of Paderborn. In 1986 a new school building was built on Südrandweg and co-education was introduced. Before that it was an all- girls school . The adjoining triple sports hall was inaugurated in February 1991 by Vicar General Bruno Kresing . In 1994 the last all-girls grade passed their Abitur. Mallinckrodt-Gymnasium has had its own cafeteria since September 2011.
The association founded in 1983 has 600 members.
As part of the German Evangelical Church Congress 2019 in Dortmund, workshops were held in the school, including a. to Wikipedia.
