Mamadou Seyni Mbengue

Mamadou Seyni Mbengue (born August 17, 1925 in Rufisque , † January 14, 2010 in Dakar ) was a Senegalese journalist , playwright and diplomat . He was a member of the Socialist Party (UPS).

Career

Mamadou Seyni Mbengue was a graduate of the Center de formation des journalistes in Paris . In April 1970 he became a technical advisor in the Ministry of Culture.

From July 11, 1975 to July 24, 1976 he had exequatur as consul general in Rio de Janeiro . From November 5, 1976 to May 25, 1982 he was ambassador to Moscow . From May 5, 1983 to 1986, he was ambassador to Beijing .
