Manfred Bernau

Manfred Robert Bernau (born August 5, 1926 , † February 22, 2009 ) was a German auditor , manager and entrepreneur.

Life

Manfred Bernau spent most of his early youth in the era of National Socialism and the Second World War , before 1954 in Göttingen at the local university in the subjects of law and business administration doctorate on the subject of the constitutional significance of internal rules supreme state bodies .

After many years as an auditor, Bernau founded the Aktiengesellschaft Berliner Elektro Holding AG in 1984 , controlled this company as chairman of the supervisory board and later led it as chairman of the board . In addition, Bernau took over the chairmanship of the supervisory board

In 1989 Manfred Bernau acquired Villa Haase, named after its original builder and carousel builder Hugo Haase , at Spinozastraße 9 on Eilenriede in Hanover , but never moved into the building, but sold it again in 1992 to the real estate agent and ex-president of the SV Arminia Hanover sports club , Peter Krasemann .

Around the year 2000, after around a quarter of a century, Manfred Bernau left the Berliner Elektro Holding AG, which he had meanwhile expanded as a holding company through capital increases to a corporate conglomerate of around 80 companies, and replaced his son Maximilian as his successor Space. The company was then realigned under the name Adcapital AG .
