Manfred Buder (born March 24, 1936 in Rothwasser , Czechoslovak Republic ) is a former German ice hockey player who was active for many years for SG Dynamo Weißwasser in the GDR league and played 202 international matches for the GDR . Buder is also a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame Germany .

In the national team he was first used as a striker, then as a defender in the 1960s. In the late 1960s he was considered one of the world's best players in this position.
