Manfred Ludes

Manfred Ludes (* 1928 in Dorsten ; † October 7, 2011 ibid) was a German architect .

Life

Manfred Ludes was the son of Nikolaus Ludes, the deputy director of the Fürst Leopold colliery .

From 1954 Ludes ran a planning office that was particularly dedicated to the construction of churches in Dorsten and the surrounding area: a total of 36 churches were built, as well as schools and hospitals. He lectured at the Bochum University of Applied Sciences .

Ludes' sons now run architecture offices in Recklinghausen and Berlin.
