Maraike Wittbrodt

Maraike Wittbrodt (* 1953 in Berlin ) is a German radio play author and dramaturge .

Life

Maraike Wittbrodt studied philosophy and sociology at the Humboldt University in East Berlin . She then worked as an editor in the former children's book publisher in Berlin and was a dramaturge in the radio play department of the GDR radio . Today Wittbrodt works full-time in an educational counseling center as a child therapist, and has also been writing radio plays and stories for children since 1987.

The mother of three adult daughters lives in Berlin.
