Norbert Speer
Norbert Speer (* 1946 ) is a German radio play director , radio play speaker and actor . He is a multiple winner of the GDR Children's Radio Play Prize , which was awarded by the State Committee for Broadcasting . In 1990 he was honored with the German Children's Radio Play Prize.
