Marc Schnier (born February 7, 1991 in Hamm ) is a German soccer player who has been under contract with SC Hessen Dreieich since the summer of 2017 .

Career

Schnier began his career in the youth of Hammer SpVg and Rot Weiss Ahlen , before moving from the Ahlen U-19 to the second team of Borussia Dortmund in the Regionalliga West in 2010 . There he played a total of 15 games in the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons and scored one goal.

For the 2012/13 season Schnier then moved to the 3rd division for SV Darmstadt 98 , where he played his first third division game on August 8, 2012 when he was substituted on in the 66th minute of the game against Chemnitzer FC . In September 2013, his contract was terminated. In the winter of 2014 he moved to the regional league club SV Meppen . With SV Meppen he became champion of the Regionalliga Nord in the 2016/17 season and was promoted to the 3rd division with him in the summer of 2017 after two relegation games against SV Waldhof Mannheim . Then he joined the Hessen division SC Hessen Dreieich .
