Marc Vallendar (born June 28, 1986 in Münster ) is a German politician of the Alternative for Germany (AfD).

Life

From 1998 to 2005 Vallendar attended the Dreilinden secondary school in Berlin . From 2005 to 2007 he was initially a reserve officer candidate in the Bundeswehr with training as a transport officer and retired from active service with the rank of lieutenant in the reserve .

Marc Vallendar studied law at the University of Potsdam . He has been working as a lawyer in Berlin since 2015 . Vallendar was initially a member of the FDP from 2007 to 2013 . In 2013 he joined the AfD. After the election to the Berlin House of Representatives in 2016 , he moved into the Berlin House of Representatives .

Marc Vallendar is the son of the former judge at the Federal Administrative Court Willi Vallendar .
