Marek Michał Wikiński (born May 23, 1966 in Sochaczew ) is a Polish politician and has been a member of the Sejm in the III., IV., V and VI since 1997 . Election term and former State Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Radom Higher Engineering School and from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw (branch in Białystok ). From 1994 to 1998 he was the chairman of the Polish Student Union.

Since 1999 he has belonged to the Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej (Federation of the Democratic Left - SLD) and has been Deputy Chairman of the SLD in Warsaw since September 2004 . In 1997, 2001 and 2005 he won a seat in the Sejm. He was State Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office under Leszek Miller and Marek Belka .

In the parliamentary elections in 2007 he was re-elected to the Sejm for the fourth time for the Radom constituency with 12,297 votes on the list of Lewica i Demokraci (Left and Democrats - LiD). He is a member of the Sejm Commissions for Legislation and Public Finance.

Since April 22, 2008 he has been a member of the newly established Lewica parliamentary group .
