Marga Beck

Marga Beck (born May 11, 1938 in Primkenau ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 1990 to 1994 she was a member of the Brandenburg State Parliament .

Life

Beck attended the extended high school and trained as a hydraulic engineering worker . 1956 to 1959 she attended the engineering school for water management in Magdeburg . She then worked as a site manager and managing director in the construction industry. She is Catholic and has been married to Wolfram Beck since 1969 . They live in Lübben (Spreewald) and have four sons (Wolfram, Tilman, Knut, Ben). Beck is a member of the IHK .

politics

Beck has been a member of the CDU since 1959 . She worked as a member of the Cottbus district assembly . In the elections to the 1st Brandenburg State Parliament, she entered parliament as a direct candidate for the constituency of Lübben-Luckau (consisting of the Lübben and Luckau districts ). There she was a deputy member of the Committee for Regional Development and Environmental Protection, the Committee for Urban Development, Housing and Transport and the Committee for Economy, Medium-Sized Enterprises and Technology. From October 1991 she was deputy chairman of the latter.
