Margita Bert

Margita Bert , née Knobeloch, (born May 3, 1940 in Darmstadt ) is a German doctor.

Margita Bert studied medicine in Gießen, Göttingen and Marburg with the state examination in 1966, her license to practice medicine in 1968 and her doctorate (Dr. med.) In 1969. From 1968 to 1973 she was an assistant doctor at the University Women's Clinic in Gießen . In 1972 she became a specialist in gynecology and from 1973 resident gynecologist in Rüsselsheim . From 1976 to 2005 she had a group practice with Hellmut Haas. In addition, from 1978 to 1981 she was an attending physician (Marien Hospital Flörsheim am Main ).

From 2000 to 2003 she was chairwoman of the Darmstadt district office of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and from 2003 to 2005 deputy chairwoman and from 2005 to 2011 chairwoman of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Hessen. From 1976 to 1986 she was on the State Social Committee of the FDP .

From 1983 to 1997 she was an honorary judge at the Regional Social Court in Darmstadt and from 1997 at the Federal Social Court . She was on the board of directors of the Carl Oelemann School of the State Medical Association in Bad Nauheim and was for a long time chairwoman of the vocational training committee of the State Medical Association of Hesse .

In 2018 she received the Paracelsus Medal for her professional work. In particular, it was recognized that, as chairwoman of the Hessen Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, she initiated a sustainable modernization process and her commitment to the qualification of the next generation of medical specialists in the State Medical Association of Hessen.

She is widowed and has two children.
