Maria Krasna (born May 14, 1909 ; † 2006 or later) was a German actress and radio play speaker .

Life

Maria Krasna, who appeared as a character actress on many stages, rarely appeared as an actress in film and television. The best known is the role of Ms. Sittic in the series Devil's Grandmother . She was also featured in Das Bad auf der Tenne (1956), You confess, Dr. Corda! (1958), Our Wonderland at Night (1959), The Birthday Party (1961), Health (1978), Come with me to Monte Carlo (1981) or in Novembermond (1985).

Due to her older-sounding voice, Krasna became known as the first voice of Mania in commercial radio play series such as several times in the Grimms Märchen series from Kiosk , in Benjamin Blümchen or in Bibi Blocksberg , which was then taken over by Tilly Lauenstein and later by Luise Lunow .

Maria Krasna lived in Berlin-Steglitz . She was married to the journalist and writer Günter Blöcker from 1937 until his death in 2006 and had two children.
